Every project starts with a discovery session to get clear on your goals, direction and what success looks like. If it’s not the right fit, you’re welcome to walk away. No drama.

2. Milestones Keep Things Moving

Projects run in phases: strategy, concept, refinement and rollout. At each step, we get your sign-off. That means no surprises, no rewinding halfway through, and a smoother process for everyone.

3. Smart Revisions, Not Endless Loops

We include a set number of revision rounds in every proposal. If you need more, the hourly rate is laid out in the contract you’ve agreed to.

4. Peace-of-Mind Promise

If the initial creative direction doesn’t land after discovery and concept presentation, you can choose either:

• An additional concept in line with the original agreed direction
  (if there is a change of mind around the direction, this would need to be requoted)

• Refund of 80% of your deposit

Once a concept is approved and we move into refinement or rollout, the project is considered confirmed and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

All designs, concepts and strategy documents remain the property of Preflight Creative until the full project fee has been paid.

If a project is cancelled at any stage, all work created remains our IP. It cannot be used, replicated or adapted in any form. In short you cannot take our ideas elsewhere.

We take this seriously. Unauthorised use of our work is considered copyright infringement and will be pursued legally. We value the trust our clients give us, but we also protect our craft fiercely.

We deliver high quality work with zero guesswork. If it’s not right, we’ll fix it. If it’s cancelled, the work stays ours. No ifs, no buts.
