How This Works

1. Enquiry form

Tell me what you’re making, when you need it live, and who you’re selling to. That gives me enough to see whether I can help — and whether my approach fits your timeline.

2. Proposal, Contract & Deposit

After your quote or proposal is sent to you and you want to move forward, then firstly welcome! The next steps are to sign the design agreement and pay the required deposit (usually 50%) before we dive into any of the fun stuff. Once the proposal is approved, I send a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit.
Your slot is booked only when both are returned — no exceptions, no favouritism.

3. Brief & Style Direction

We define the problem first and then build the brief around solving it. If you’re unsure of how to brief a designer correctly, grab this google doc here. We’ll take a look at your competitors, target market and brand positioning then create some mood boards that lock in the direction. Design then follows.

4. Concepts

This is where our creative process takes over, and all the information gathered helps craft a result you will love and be stoked to show off!

5. Final Approval

Once you’ve approved your design, the final invoice will be dispatched to you, final payment clears. Files release. You’re ready to head to print.
