How This Works

1. Enquiry form

Fill in the enquiry form which gives us enough detail to see what it is your project and goals are. I’ll be in touch within a day or 2 after you submit this.

2. Email/Call

I will email you in the first instance if additional information is required to fine-tune any nitty gritty details required to organise a proposal for your project. If it’s going to be quicker, I’ll suggest a call rather than 10 back & forth emails (who has the time, am I right?).

3. Proposal, Contract & Deposit

After your proposal is sent to you and you want to crack on, then firstly welcome! The next steps are to sign our design agreement and pay the required deposit (usually 50%) before we dive into any of the fun stuff. Space isn’t held in our work schedule until this is made to ensure our schedule is arranged in advance, as projects continue to be booked on a first-come-first-served basis and this keeps things fair for all clients (I’m not playing favourites guys!).

4. Brief & Style Direction

Please note a brief is not an instruction manual (despite what ai might have you believe) Any briefs forged by AI are not acceptable.

A brief is formed by identifying the problem we’re trying to solve first and foremost. I will send you tailored questions to your specific goal and problem. This will form the foundation of the brief. If you’re unsure of how to brief a designer correctly, grab this google doc here.

5. Concepts

This is where our creative process takes over, and all the information gathered helps craft a result you will love and be stoked to show off!

6. Final Approval

Once you’ve approved your design, the final invoice will be dispatched to you, and upon that final payment, your final artwork files will be released to you so you can proceed to launch, how exciting!
